ABSOLUTELY NO parties, or events! Family gatherings with additional guests outside of the the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to booking! Hosting unauthorized groups will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund or additional accommodations provided. If the owner or manager is made aware of a party or guest count that exceeds the reservation, a $500 party fee will be assessed and billed to the guest.
Please DO NOT tamper with any pool equipment. Doing so will result in a minimum $150 fee in addition to repair/service charges. Please report any issues with the pool to your hosts.
No fireworks, explosives, or pyrotechnics of any kind. Use of any will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund or additional accommodations provided.
Unauthorized late checkout/early checkin subject to $75 fee.
We understand that life happens. Please communicate any accidents/issues/damages to your hosts immediately so appropriate measures can be taken.

Clean, centrally located, and beautiful! Did not read ahead about paying for the pool being heated (our fault - so keep that in mind if you're visiting in colder months!). Included the very basics for cooking. Amazing views and tons of space! 10-minute drive to all recommended restaurants and hikes in all directions. Highly recommend.

We stayed 17 nights and had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described and the host was quick to respond when we had a question. Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed dinner on back patio next to pool watching the sun set most evenings. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home that accommodated myself and my family really well. Nice and equipped, comfortable sleeping, plenty of space, the home was beyond our expectations. The host was very accommodating in delivering an ironing board and an iron when we asked if the house had one. We could tell they care. Would love to stay here again in the future!

This property was absolutely stunning. Even better than the photos. We used the grill which was very nice, the house was fully equipped with high end pots and pans, and the cabinets were stocked with cups, plates, and bowls. There were 2 coffee pots and coffee available in the home for us. The pool was amazing and clean and the back yard was our favorite place. The view was perfect! We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from the back porch. The landscaping right in the front yard was so beautiful that we even took family photos there from the trip! The entryway featured a garage door opener and a welcome board with wifi and a list of favorite restaurants in the area! The garbage disposal needed to be reset and a handyman was sent out within half of an hour. The property management team was available to us day and night and were so quick to answer any questions. We will definitely use this property again in the future and recommend to any and everyone!
