The casita won't be available for separate groups during your stay, however please be advised that the owners may stay in the casita (rare and infrequent). Your 5 star experience is their #1 goal, and they would ensure to provide you with peace and privacy, only being available should you want to say hello. Please note that while the property is secluded, the valley carries sound to neighboring estates. We ask that you keep outdoor noise to a reasonable and mindful volume for your entire stay with emphasis on nighttime quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM.
